Admission journey

Five milestones—read once, then walk through with our office team.

Complete the enquiry / application form with correct age and previous school details.

Submit birth certificate, photographs, prior records, and parent ID as per the checklist below.

Age-appropriate readiness or written assessment, depending on the grade you are applying for.

A short meeting with the child and parents to align expectations and answer questions.

Offer letter, fee payment, and uniform / handbook handover to complete enrolment.

Talk to admissions

Plain-language expectations that keep the campus safe and serious about learning.

Attendance: minimum 75% unless medically excused.

Uniform & grooming: as per the handbook on all working days.

Punctuality: gates close at the published time; repeated late arrival is flagged.

Conduct: respectful language and behaviour toward peers and adults.

Devices: mobile phones stay at home unless a written exception is granted.

Assessments: all scheduled tests to be attempted; special cases need prior approval.

Leave: application in advance; medical leave supported by a certificate where required.

Fees: paid within the published window to avoid late fine.

PTM: at least one parent / guardian attends each scheduled meeting.

Library: books returned on time; loss or damage charged as per policy.
